Intro to Backyard Foraging

Have you ever wondered what all those weeds are growing in your yard?  The saying goes, "If you can't beat 'em, eat 'em!"  Many of the common weeds that grow in yards are not only edible, they are packed with nutrients.  This class will you give you an introduction about identifying and using common weeds.  We'll also sample some herbal infusions.  Class will meet outdoors.
