Join us for 4 sessions of Intro to Wheel Throwing on the pottery wheel on Thursday evenings from 6pm-8pm! Learn the basics of forming pottery on a wheel!

About the Event
You'll learn the basics during this 4 session wheel throwing class including how to center, pull up the walls to create plates, bowls, and cups, and glaze your pieces. Class fee includes use of tools and clay. If you've attended this class before we can add new techniques like attaching handles for making mugs.
Speckled stoneware clay and glazes will be used. Items will be dishwasher and microwave safe.
Class meets 6PM-8PM Thursday July 10, 17, 24, 31. Ages 14 and up. Children ages 9+ may attend with a parent.
Participants will glaze their items after August 14th (anytime we're open) and items will be ready approximately two weeks after they are glazed.
